Our Braner Double Loop Slitting Line
has a 60,000 pound max coil capacity, 72” max width,
¼” max gauge and
1000 feet per minute max line speed.
This line will not only provide increased efficiencies, eliminate camber issues, provide cleaner edges but also will allow us to virtually process every possible order under our roof.
The line also comes equipped not only with a gamma for gauge inspection, has cameras installed for surface inspection but also comes with a tension stand along with cluster levelers for improved shape.
